ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS Jim Rogers is inspector of wires for the Town of Oak Bluffs, MA and owner of Bay State Inspectional Agency.  He is a National Expert in the Solar Plan Review and Inspection, and has taught Solar Permitting courses across the US for the Department of Energy and other organizations. Rudy Saporite is a Program Manager for the Energy, Sustainability and Resilience Division at Institute of Building and Technology Safety (IBTS), a Not-For-Profit providing services to local, state and federal governments.  In his career, Rudy has conducted and overseen thousands of solar inspections throughout the nation.
