      In today’s competitive business environment, a small business can end up spending a lot of time and money searching for and finding new customers. Ironically this is often done at the expense of their current customers. Attend this seminar and learn the three things you need to know to retain your best customers. This course is taught by SCORE counselor, Bob Salvas. Bob has a strong background in direct mail including 22 years serving in the United States Postal Service (17 of those being in the marketing department) and has a good understanding of postal rules and regulations. Additionally, as a long-time student of marketing, he has helped people use hard-copy mail to drive business and generate response. He is an advocate for using the SendOutCard system as a form of direct mail and as a 'keep in touch' system to maintain current clients. He has a lot of experience with loyalty marketing business networking and has conducted numerous seminars for businesses on marketing and business development.
